Re-Design of ESOP for Top Management

The Consultant was contracted to review and re-design existing ESOP (Employee Stock Option Plan) system of the Client. The Consultant conducted a number of consultations with top management of the Client to identify main constrains. Based on results of these meetings and own experience and knowledge the Consultant elaborated new ESOP for top management of the Client, including legal documents and financial calculations.
