The main objective of the provided services was  analyzing formal and non-formal business processes of the client company in order to prevent or minimize potential losses occurred in the sales chain. In addition to this the full package of the services was aimed at clarifying and regulating client’s business processes as well as implementation of reporting mechanisms. These was achieved through the  assessment of formal and non-formal business processes, risk assessment and development of risk matrix, interviews with personnel involved in business processes, elaboration of business processes charts, text description and manual for the client, as well as through the elaboration and implementation of internal financial reporting model and staff training.
