Within the framework of this assignment Avenue Consulting Group was contracted to implement legal restructuring of the company and elaborate ESOP (Employee Stock Option Plan) for top management staff of the company. Avenue Consulting Group conducted a number of discussions with the Client and explained the best type of legal setting for the Client. We elaborated detailed ESOP for transfer of virtual part of company's shares to top management as a part of overall HR motivation system. The ESOP includes internal regulations and main legal documents (contracts, etc.).
